Welcome to the Citizendium pilot project! We hope you will contribute much and well. You'll probably want to know how to get started with the Citizendium pilot. Just look at the front page for other helpful "get started" links. Be sure to stay abreast of events via the Citizendium-L (broadcast) mailing list (do join!) and the blog. Again, welcome and have fun! --Bernie 17:53, 20 December 2006 (CST)

Hey Aaron, good to see editors like you from wikipedia. I have an account there too (David D.), we have crossed paths a couple of times. Chris Day (Talk) 09:38, 21 December 2006 (CST)

Thanks! I'm going to have to get used to this new terminoligy, though: Not an editor, but an author. - brenneman 16:39, 23 December 2006 (CST)
All the same thing really. Except for the approval bit. But for 99% of the articles an editor is effectively an author. Someone just asked me to approve an article on wheat as i am a botanist. Problem is, I don't know the first thing about wheat! Chris Day (Talk) 11:07, 5 January 2007 (CST)
