I know it's outside your course assignment, but I certainly appreciate it, as I'm working on several articles that deal with the Philippines in the Second World War. Battle of Leyte Gulf is the most developed, but I'd welcome your suggestions on the name for a pair of higher-level articles under consideration:
- Philippines campaign (1941-1942) and Phillipines campaign (1944-1945); also Philippine resistance in WWII
- WWII invasion of the Philippines and WWII counteroffensive in the Philippines; also resistance.
