Intro

Looking through the dozens of old CZ Namespace articles and so far, only made it up to "Communicate"; also lots of templates

General observation

It's all VERY WORDY. Reduction and consolidation is urgently needed. And oh yes, some kind of TOC (which maybe CZ:Sitemap was intended to be?
