I was born in 1966 in Rotterdam the Netherlands. My main areas of interest are Aikido, Tai Chi Chuan and Zen Buddhism, all of which I have been privileged to study and teach for many years. Other interests include Photography, Music, History, Programming (in Python) and computers in general.
