I am a professional manager with over 30 years experience in manufacturing operations, including direct responsibility for Engineering, Production, Maintenance and Quality functions. I’ve had the opportunity to gain experience in a full range of manufacturing settings – from heavy industry to light assembly operations, including significant time in tier-one automotive supply. Technical and business education, as well as extensive leadership experience, have provided a solid foundation for success in the business of manufacturing. Throughout my career I’ve had the opportunity to become very proficient in using multiple approaches for improving the effectiveness of manufacturing operations. I have developed excellent skills for analyzing manufacturing cost structures and developing improvement plans – always focused on a stronger competitive position.
