My name is Ryan Gimson. I was born in Burlington, Vermont and attended most of my elementary schooling in Morrisonville, NY. In sixth grade I moved to Lebanon, NH and attended the local junior high and high school. I have been accepted, and will begin attending Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in the fall of 2007. My major will be in Computer Science, the area of my primary interests. Currently, I am considering whether or not to apply for an Accelerated Master's Program, which would help me receive my master's degree in the spring of 2012. I aspire to become a network engineer and designer, as well as a software programmer. I also have strong interests in mathematics and theoretical physics.
