I was born in a small West Virginia town in the mid-40s. I moved to California in 1984 and have been here ever since, the past 26 years in San Diego. I graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor's Degree in Health & Physical Education in 1967; and with two Master's Degrees (Counseling & Guidance, and Disease Prevention & Wellness Promotion) also from West Virginia University in 1974 and 1975 respectively. I am currently a Ph.D. Candidate at the International University of Professional Studies in San Diego, California. I have completed all my course work with just my disseration remaining to finish. I have participated in numerous "self-help" and "transformative" programs since the mid-70s. I have also given hundreds of presentations and workshops on the "Power Of Perception" and the "Anatomy Of Experience and Its Deceptive, Addictive Nature" since 1988. My interests include cellular nutrition, anti-aging, chronic disease prevention, and integral wellness promotion.
