I have completed year 12 (Australian) and have since completed various other courses and educational training to gain diplomas and certificates, specifically in the areas of personnel management, electronic communications and vocational training and assessment. I am currently serving in the military and have been for the last twenty years.

My main interests outside of work are reading (real books), especially fiction, notably science fiction and fantasy. I also enjoy, though am not necessarily overly competent, playing various 'real time' computer games and role playing games such as World of Warcraft.

I have an extensive library of over 700 fantasy and science fiction books as well as more than 500 reference books and encyclopedias, so getting bored at home is never really likely!

I also like to do woodworking when I'm able.

I eventually hope to conduct my own business, likely involving training personnel to some extent.
