I first heard about Citizendoum after reading Andrew Keen's "Cult of the Amateur". I was intrigued by the concept as I've often been annoyed by glaring inaccuracies I've seen in Wikipedia articles. My educational background includes a B.S. in physics from Suffolk University, and M.S. in Information Technology Management from Brandeis University, and graduate coursework in physics from the University of Massachusetts.
I am currently employed in the field of operations for a major Internet provider. In my role, I manage a team of technicians and engineers and also investigate the role of human error in succesful operational systems.
I look forward to the opportunity to get involved with Citizendium and contribute articles in the area of operations, management, and quality.
