Gerard R. Wenham is a native of Wisconsin and a longtime resident of Washington DC. In 1973 he earned a BA cum laude in Economics and International Studies from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater, and in 1974, an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Since 1975 he has worked for the US Department of Agriculture in the area of Rural Development, as a forecaster in the realm of rural electric cooperative utilities, as a financial economist, and in training and support roles.

He has been active in computers and related subjects since the early 80's. He has served with volunteer groups that promote the integration of technology into the educational environment. He is interested in technological innovations and their effects on the world in which we live. He is also interested in alternative and renewable/sustainable energy technologies.
