I am currently studying towards a postgraduate qualification in Online and Distance Education whilst on a career break from my job in Student Services at The Open University. My first degree is in Applied Language Studies and I wanted to broaden my education by doing a postgraduate qualification. My professional background is in CALL and Learner Support. I am particularly interested in how new technologies can be used for teaching and learner support.
