I am 61 years of age, a lawyer for 35 years (B.A.pol.sc.,econ.,LLB), an artist, and an avid reader. Apart from my law practice, my history includes the Canadian Army, the Canadian Foreign Service, employment as an immigration counselor and an economist. I have traveled extensively, and am somewhat fluent in the French language. I have advocated in every court in Canada including the Supreme Court of Canada. My last art exhibition was at a French Consulate at the invitation of Sotheby's. I am a generalist in that I am interested in pretty well everything. My chief interests are as stated, but include the sciences and mathematics.
