As an engineer for the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality, Dennis primarily reviews plans and specifications of proposed drinking water and wastewater systems for compliance with state rules. Previously, Dennis worked as one of the technical editors at the department and has edited and contributed to several of the documents accessible on the departmental Website, located at http://www.deq.idaho.gov.

Dennis holds bachelors and masters degrees in nuclear engineering from Texas A&M University, as well as a masters degree in technical communication from Boise State University. He teaches an introductory technical communication course as an adjunct member of the Boise State faculty. Dennis is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Idaho.
