Chris first discovered engineering through FIRST Robotics (www.usfirst.org) in high school and he went on to earn his bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. During that time, he has been an active volunteer in FIRST an collegiate lever robotics. Chris then made the transition to Neural Engineering where he is pursuing his PhD by developing and applying robotics driven therapies for individuals who have suffered stroke.
