Currently I'm working for Microsoft on Handwriting Recognition and taking classes at the University of Washington as prerequisites to their Mathematics Masters programs. I have a degree in Computer Engineering from Boston University.

My skills revolve mostly around software development, mathematics, and philosophy. I had formal training in the former two, but not the latter. My philosophic interests are of the more modern variety (Derrida), the Eastern variety (Hinduism, Buddhism, etc), and the classic era to some extent. My mathematics interests lie mostly in number theory and algebra. My computer science interests include data structures, algorithms, and architecture. This also includes some more hardware knowledge and interest as well.

I, along with three colleagues, won the Nation Science Foundation Scientific Visualization Challenge with our submission of screen shots from our Linux 3-D file manager.
