- Would it be acceptable to delete "Citizendium Foundation"? Howard C. Berkowitz 22:32, 16 July 2010 (UTC)
- Yes, it would be acceptable to delete this article. Russell D. Jones 15:09, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
- As long as the key functions of the MC being in charge of governance, and working with appropriate legal structures, are in another article, by all means delete this. As far as I know, the CF hasn't been separately chartered -- one of the first MC goals is understanding the status of CZ with respect to the Tides Foundation. No implications of conspiracy there -- Tides and other funding organizations often provide the legal and financial scaffolding for startups they fund. Howard C. Berkowitz 16:08, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
- Yes, exactly. The MC would essentially take over the role originally envisioned for the CF. If at a later date, we need a CF, we can create one. Russell D. Jones 16:32, 17 July 2010 (UTC)

- Well said, Russell. Full agreement. Howard C. Berkowitz 16:34, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
- Agree with deletion here, but recommend some corresponding item under interim guidance (see discussion thread). --Daniel Mietchen 23:33, 18 July 2010 (UTC)
It seems there are three votes for deletion of this article. Russell D. Jones 00:44, 19 July 2010 (UTC)

- Agree with deleting. I'm not sure the Interim Guidance really can do more than suggest the MC start researching this, probably with the Tides Foundation. Howard C. Berkowitz 23:26, 19 July 2010 (UTC)
