I just added a draft version of a structural template which is intended to be used on all of the U.S. state pages. Please comment on this page regarding the outline (including the ordering of the headers) of the template. As of now, only the main headers are indicated in wiki format. The subheads are indicated with asterisks. The final version will employ wiki-format for subheads. When ready, I will post the template either to all the other state pages, or to their talk pages.
