Need

  • If anyone can find a reliable source for population numbers, please provide it here. Currently, population is listed as "about 2 million" because I was finding numbers anywhere between 1.8 million and 2.6 million. I suspect that this has a lot to do with inconsistent measures of "Quichéness" so a reputable source would be helpful.

Apostrophes

Perhaps you could tell us the reason for the apostrophes ("Quiché" is much more user-friendly). Are they glottal stops like the okina Hawaiians use in "Hawai'i"? Surely not after K? Ro Thorpe 18:35, 8 December 2007 (CST)
