For a second time this article has been edited to start "Hong Kong City" or "Hong Kong...is a city." This just is wrong. Hong Kong is a ''region''. It is also the name of an ''island'' but there is no City called Hong Kong. The region of Hong Kong contains several cities such as Kowloon City and Victoria City.
