Cleaning up

Removed author's signature and did a number of other copy edits to help this articles; however, I am still not clear of the intent of the past paragraph that starts 'Is the right of the child and adolescent psychiatry to be a medical specialty independent...'. - Robert Badgett 19:31, 22 December 2008 (UTC)
