Eltham College is a non-denominational private school located in Research, Melbourne, Australia.
The current principal is Dr David Warner.
Swipers Gully Restaurant
The school operates a fully functional training restaurant located next to the college, run nearly exclusively by students. A range of dishes made with local produce is served. The on-siteschool winery is also run by students, who make a variety of wines.
