Hardware

  2. Move database back to pilot server
  3. Set up second web server
  4. Set up and extensively test load-balancing
  5. Move Dev and App stuff to appropriate servers

Software

  1. Migrate to MediaWiki 1.9.x
  2. Automate personnel tasks
  3. Design and code permanent approval system

Administrative

  1. Reconnect with various foundations, etc., after we're in with Tides.
  2. Decrease email response time
