I am a student at City University of New York, Queens College. I am matriculated in the School of Earth and Environmental Sciences with a concentration in Biology. Prior classes in genetics, field ecology, and chemistry sparked my interest in bioremediation. My current microbiology project involves the bacterium Alcanivorax borkumensis.
