Better title?

"Tactical nuclear weapons in the invasion of Japan"

Since there was no invasion of Japan, it can be a plan only. Otherwise, I worry it could be taken in the present tense, perhaps if a certain critical density of karaoke bars is reached. Howard C. Berkowitz 20:27, 5 October 2010 (UTC)
