This is a fair-use image from the Principia Discordia itself (which makes it clear in the copyright information that anyone can reprint and utilize what they like). Exact reproduction of book text is below:
"All rights reversed - reprint what you like"
It was used by Kerry Thornley and Greg Hill to note they claimed no copyright of the contents of the Principia Discordia, and such logic was used to republish later editions without any formal acquisition of rights, to my personal knowledge.
