VOIP, not VoIP

Just because Wikipedia did it, doesn't make it "right". Back when I worked on VOIP at Bell Laboratories in the 1990's, we called it VOIP (all capitals), and so did the literature of the time. So I'm changing this back. And yes, Citizendium is case sensitive, so they will not be the same.Pat Palmer 07:51, 19 July 2008 (CDT)
