I'm a post-doc in the Department of Mathematics of La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia. My specialization is numerical analysis, which is the simulation of phenomena like the weather or the flow of air around an aircraft on a computer.
More specifically, my current research interests are geometric integration (an area within the numerical analysis of ordinary differential equations) and the Evans function (a tool for assessing the stability of travelling waves, used in the area of applied dynamical systems).
