I am a 20 year old white male from Northern lower peninsula Michigan. I was born into a lower middle class rural family. I attended McBain Rural Agricultural High School for my entire pre-college educational career. I was the valedictorian of the 2005 graduating class.
At this moment I am in my 4th semester at the University of Michigan. I am attending the school of Litterature, Science, and Arts (LSA) where I am majoring in Computer Science, with a concentration in software development. The reason that I am in LSA instead of the school of Engineering is because I wish to have a balanced education. Three other areas, besides C.S., that I am taking courses in are biology, french (je veux aller au France apres j'ai finir mon education d'informatique), and a bunch of math courses.
I have a few interests that I know a lot about. First, I love computer gaming. I have been playing games since I was little and hope to someday work in the computer game industry. I have been in the gaming subculture for over half my life, including over 8 years of being in a few different gaming clans. Second, I know a lot about rap, particulary gangsta rap. Because I play computer games a lot, I also tend to listen to a lot of music too. Having a good memory and observational skills, I've accumlated lots of knowledge on the computer gaming and gangsta rap subcultures.
