User talk:Chris Day/sandbox1
Chris, I read through your draft proposal as it now stands and it look very good to me. I understand that you must explain how the idea will be implemented but I really don't understand the tagging and the template stuff ... so I can't offer any useful suggestions about those parts.
It might be useful to include the fact that the pilot Chemical Engineering sub-workgroup now has 112 articles in it and 16 of them have been Approved. That is 18% of the 87 total approved CZ articles as listed in Category:Approved articles!!
It might also be useful to point out that a good many of those 112 articles have been categorized in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics and Earth Sciences workgroups to support your comments about how the sub-workgroups can be and will be inter-disciplinary.

- Yes, all good comments. If i recall the proposal requires the details for implementation, however, I think I can rearrange that a bit. What i have written so far is on the fly, cutting and pasting some stuff from the forums. I'll try and keep the implementation details as a separate section and focus more on the concept. Especially on the success of your pilot. Chris Day 23:43, 15 January 2009 (UTC)
Ammonia Production not displaying in "Approved Articles" in Chemical Engineering subgroup.
Hi, Chris:
There are now only 15 Approved Article showing up rather than the correct 16 Approved Articles. The missing one is Ammonia production. Can't figure out what happened. I tried adding a null space edit twice but that didn't work. ??? Milton Beychok 00:08, 17 January 2009 (UTC)
- I fixed that. The null edit needed to be made to the protected article not the draft. Chris Day 00:13, 17 January 2009 (UTC)
