There was I going to read this, & lo & behold, it ain't there yet! Remove at your leisure 14:57, 5 March 2008 (CST)

Thank goodness I had backed up it!Hayford Peirce 15:27, 5 March 2008 (CST)

Backed it up? Where? I created the approval page first, then the talk, and when I went to the article, it said the usual 'you have followed a link to a page...'. Anyway, I'm glad no harm was done, & I look forward to reading it. I've also commented on the Proposal page (to The or not to The?) - Ro Thorpe 16:15, 5 March 2008 (CST)

Well, there was an Edit Conflict when I went to save what I had written, and I found your comment. But by having Previewed my text, I could use the Back Arrow to go back and Copy it while I fiddled around with how to get it into the *real* article. If you don't Preview your text and you get an Edit Conflict, guess what, boyo? You've lost yer blooming text that you've just sweat over fer 3 hours! Hayford Peirce 16:21, 5 March 2008 (CST)
That's terrible. I have two methods of avoiding that (as I am a danger to myself as well): saving very often, which suits my bit-here bit-there style, & preparing stuff in Word beforehand. Ro Thorpe 18:06, 5 March 2008 (CST)
