Orphan, and from Wikipedia--candidate for deletion?

Not really an orphan, and not from Wikipedia. The text here was written by me, though I put it on WP first. (It was an almost complete re-write of the article on WP.) This article is about a fairly important geotechnical engineering lab test. I plan to either write or bring in articles about other geotechnical lab tests, though I started with this one because I saw a need for a complete rewrite over at WP, and figured that I could also contribute the article to CZ.
