Kick off

Right, here is a starter for 10 (ref to a UK game show, for the benefot if US readers) - any idea why the link is still red on the front page?

Much as my heart says "apply to be an editor" my head says "you've got a business to run you idiot". I think geography needs at least one editor from each of Europe and the US, since the discipline followed significantly different paths on each side of the Atlantic, especially in the post-War years.
