Stargroves

Stargroves is a country estate, in [[East End, Newbury, [[England. It is currently owned by [[Rod Stewart, who purchased it for £2.5million in 1998. During the 1970s, it was the home of [[Mick Jagger, who with [[The Rolling Stones recorded [[Exile on Main St and five songs from [[Sticky Fingers there. [[Led Zeppelin recorded a number of songs at Stargroves in the spring of 1972, using the [[Rolling Stones' mobile studio, which ended up on the albums [[Houses of the Holy (1973) and [[Physical Graffiti (1975). Stargroves was also used during the filming of [[Doctor Who. The exterior of the house and its grounds were also extensively used for the stories [[Pyramids of Mars (1975) and [[Image of the Fendahl (1977).
