The Trinity College Library houses the most complete collection of Wittgenstein's original manuscripts, writings, dictations, and notes of lectures given at Trinity College and Cambridge.
The Wittgenstein Archive in Cambridge contains "facsimiles of all his manuscripts" as well as "the largest extant collection of original biographical material."[1]
