Robert Bane
Robert Bane is an art publisher and gallery owner, with Fabian Perez as artist and business partner, and wife and gallery owner-operator Tamara Feuer - Bane.[1] It has specialized in the pin-up and glamour genres.
In 1984, the firm first published the work of Olivia de Berardinis, and the gallery opened with an a one-woman show for her in 1987. Subsequently, she may have ended her relationship in a timeframe of about 2010 and as far back as 2003 and began self-publishing about late 2005. [2]
The Robert Bane and Tamara Feuer - Bane businesses began working with Japanese artist Hajime Sorayama in 1994. Subsequently, in the two trials under Hajime Sorayama v. Tamara Bane Gallery, the court awarded damages and injunctions to the artist. Liquidation sales are being conducted. [3]
