Plural is appropriate

While the usual CZ convention is to use the singular in article title, I believe Jerry is right in making this plural, as the article refers to the system of 94 courts rather than any one court. There are redirects from the singular to this article. Howard C. Berkowitz 23:04, 21 December 2009 (UTC)
