Now that we have this (most informative) stub, how about one on Langue d'Oeil or whatever it is? (I remember vaguely that there are/were two: d'Oeil et d'Oc.... Cheers! (Salut! in Occitan?) Hayford Peirce 11:08, 18 August 2008 (CDT)
- Thank you for your interest Heyford. Langue d'Oil is a synonym of French language according to traditional Romance linguistics. In spite of those two similar odd names of "Langue d'Oil" (French) and "Langue d'Oc" (Occitan), Occitan is more related to Catalan than it is to French. I will write further information about this topic. Santat! ("Cheers" in Occitan).--Domergue Sumien 15:02, 18 August 2008 (CDT)
