Open space [r]: A process or method (thus, "technology") to convene people for a conference, retreat or meeting in which attendees are guided to generate the agenda as well as participate, usually through small group break-out sessions, by a facilitator or session leader who has no agenda other than drawing out the shared interests of the participants.
