Specifics:
- Merge Anti-nuclear movement and Anti-nuclear protest into the CND article: no point having three all about the same thing.
- Merge Little Boy, Mark 4 and Fat Man into Nuclear attacks against Japan (these three were fully edited by Milton).
- Fix Kandahar, Khost, and Gardez.
