:Hi, Nick. I, in my Constable's Kap, just took another look at the Deletion Policy at: http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/CZ:Article_Deletion_Policy It's pretty clear that you, as a relevant Editor, can place a speedy delete template on an article for at least two specific reasons.  In my own judgment, the present article falls under at least one of these reasons, and perhaps both. You can, therefore, at any time, place the appropriate template on the article. I will then delete the article and attempt to retain the Discussion or Talk page somewhere or other, as we're discussing in the Forum at http://forum.citizendium.org/index.php/topic,3030.msg26899.html#msg26899 [[User:Hayford Peirce|Hayford Peirce]] 16:36, 17 January 2010 (UTC)

::I assume there will be a disambiguation page to Bond(financial) that will lead to a page with this title. If we delete just the page and leave the talk page, when that page is re-created, this talk page will already be here... Of course, there's the subpages template without a real page and also a metadata page without an article.  I;m not sure if they work without either. [[User:D. Matt Innis|D. This article was apparently written in Feb. 2007 by a student as part of a U. project and then slightly edited by two authors with no apparent expertise in the field. The first paragraph was parent nonsense and I have revised it. The rest of the article may well be more of the same -- could someone with some knowledge of the field take a look at it. It may need major revision or maybe just minor rewriting. Or maybe it should be deleted entirely. Hayford Peirce 11:42, 10 February 2008 (CST)

It's being written this year. Please check the history pag emore carefully. --Robert W King 11:44, 10 February 2008 (CST)
geez, you're right! I misread the year! But that still doesn't change my comments. Hayford Peirce 11:48, 10 February 2008 (CST)

In my opinion as an economics editor, this article falls well below the standard required for a Citizendium article, and it would be damaging to Citizendium's reputation to allow it to remain in its present form. Since its content is adequately covered in paragraph 2.1.1 of Financial system I recomend its deletion.

Unless I can be persuaded not to, I intend to apply the speedydelete procedure Nick Gardner 06:46, 16 January 2010 (UTC)

I assume there will be a disambiguation page to Bond(financial) that will lead to a page with this title. If we delete just the page and leave the talk page, when that page is re-created, this talk page will already be here... Of course, there's the subpages template without a real page and also a metadata page without an article. I;m not sure if they work without either. D. Matt Innis 16:51, 17 January 2010 (UTC)
