This template produces:

To cite this article for a research paper or other publication, use this exact text: “Various authors, Cite CZ, Citizendium (http://en.citizendium.org/wiki/Cite_CZ), Retrieved 2024-11-29.”

This uses {{BASEPAGENAME}} and {{#time:D, d-M-Y}} to automatically append the base page name, and the date in Xday, dd-Month-YYYY format. The BASEPAGE template will alow this template to be placed on the article, talkpage, or bibliography page, and still display the name of the actual article.
