The Tas Valley Trail is a footpath in Norfolk, England. linking Norwich with Attleborough, passing a number of villages and churches en route. It is 25 miles (40km) in length.

The Trail conveniently divides into five short sections, but these may easily combined to give longer stages.

1. Norwich to Mulbarton

The start is from a car park near to the point where the old bridge crosses the River Yare in Cringleford.

2. Mulbarton to Hapton

3. Hapton to Forncett

4. Forncett to New Buckenham

5. New Buckenham to Attleborough
