I'd be tempted to move a lot of these (Sumerian, etc, etc) out to a separate page/article (if an article, [[Historical cosmologies]], or something like that), and leave this article be just the current scientific stuff. Sure, we should give a brief summary of these historical things, and we should also cover the development of today's cosmology, but I fear that doing all these in one page will make it to long.
