Dravograd is a small town and municipality in Slovenia. Its location is in the Carinthia province, at the crossing of the Slovenian-Austrian border by the Drava river. The municipality numbers about 9,000 inhabitants and has an area of 105 square kilometers.
Geography
Dravograd is located in the northern part of Slovenia, at the confluence of three rivers: the Drava, the Meža and the Mislinja.
The municipality consists of 24 settlements which are contained in 5 local communities: Dravograd, Črneče, Libeliče, Šentjanž pri Dravogradu, and Trbonje.
