Ronald Beimel is a man of diverse interests.  He completed his undergraduate degree from Brown University in 2006, concentrating both in Biology and in Music Theory and Composition and achieving the distinctions of Phi Beta Kappa, magna cum laude, and departmental honors in music.  While there he was active in student organizations, especially the Brown Madrigal Singers, the Brown University Gilbert and Sullivan group, Lip Service (Brown's premier whistling choir) and the Go club.  Currently he is employed in an IT department, focusing on one of his other skills: web development.  His hobbies include playing the Piano, playing the game of Go, and cooking.
