I am a 22-year-old Journalism graduate from Essex in England. I currently work as an editorial assistant at a business-to-business magazine publishing house, writing for five nationally-distributed trade titles. My personal interests are in modern history, especially that of the lands comprising the British Isles and the former European colonial empires; western popular music from 1960 onwards, with special expertise in the psychedelic and progressive music of the late-1960s and early-1970s counter-culture; and motorsport, primarily Formula One. I also have GCE A-level qualifications in Politics, Classical Civilisation and Philosophy.
