::It looks like it was enlarged from the original source. There's a fair amount of noise, some image resolution loss, a little bit of jpeg artifacting. ::Additionally I just saw that it comes from a collection of photos from the 1970s so it may be the best you can get unless you can get a scan from an original publication around that date.
