:Yes I had some doubts myself about the length of the inset. On the other hand, I have seen so many mistakes in the quotation and also because  Clausius thought of the name ''Verwandlungsinhalt'', that I thought it would be interesting to have it. Maybe just the translation is sufficient and a good compromise?--[[User:Paul Wormer|Paul Wormer]] 07:05, 9 November 2009 (UTC)
::That would be a possibility but I am generally in favour of showing excerpts from original sources, and ''Verwandlungsinhalt'' is certainly instructive. So I pasted the whole translation in for the time being. Let's take another look at this after a while, or ask others, and decide then. --[[User:Daniel Mietchen|Daniel Mietchen]] 08:34, 9 November 2009 (UTC)

Length of inset

On the page User talk:Daniel_Mietchen there was the following short discussion initiated by a request of User: Paul Wormer to Daniel to check the translation given in the inset.

I put my version directly on the image page but think the article may merit a shorter version. --Daniel Mietchen 18:56, 8 November 2009 (UTC)

Yes I had some doubts myself about the length of the inset. On the other hand, I have seen so many mistakes in the quotation and also because Clausius thought of the name Verwandlungsinhalt, that I thought it would be interesting to have it. Maybe just the translation is sufficient and a good compromise?--Paul Wormer 07:05, 9 November 2009 (UTC)
That would be a possibility but I am generally in favour of showing excerpts from original sources, and Verwandlungsinhalt is certainly instructive. So I pasted the whole translation in for the time being. Let's take another look at this after a while, or ask others, and decide then. --Daniel Mietchen 08:34, 9 November 2009 (UTC)

Question to other citizens: anybody has an opinion about the inset and its length? --Paul Wormer 10:16, 9 November 2009 (UTC)

Daniel, this Uni-Jena website is inaccessible for me, the same article is at Google books. Are you sure you want the link to this site? The German error that you corrected comes from Kuhn, I copied verbatim the the title that he gives. What is BTW the status of an umlaut on a capital, is that never done, or did you change it for historical reasons?--Paul Wormer 06:12, 10 November 2009 (UTC)

Entropy (information theory

I think this article needs a link to that application, even though the other article is not yet written. Sandy Harris 10:25, 28 April 2010 (UTC)
