Good start
You're all wet!
I mean, that's an excellent start on a topic this papa is familiar with (but getting less so--see toilet training). --Larry Sanger 22:27, 25 July 2008 (CDT)
The article is really looking good. It badly needs wikilinks, however. --Larry Sanger 09:04, 7 August 2008 (CDT)
Adriaan Brouwer
Adriaan Bouwer was Dutch, so why do you give his painting a German name? Is it hanging somewhere in Germany? If I translate literally, the painting would be called Onaangename vaderplichten in Dutch.--Paul Wormer 11:12, 27 July 2008 (CDT)
- That is simply what it said on Wikipedia Commons. I'll have to search for the correct name of the painting which I have not found anywhere else. --Charles Sandberg 11:18, 27 July 2008 (CDT)
- Then write it in English: Unpleasant father duties. --Paul Wormer 11:21, 27 July 2008 (CDT)
- Thank you for the translation. :) --Charles Sandberg 11:22, 27 July 2008 (CDT)
- Sorry to nitpick, but could you make it 'unpleasant fatherly duties' or 'father's unpleasant duties'?
- My preference would be to caption with both the original Dutch and (English translation).
- Many thousands of thanks for illustrating this with fathers!

Registered trademarks?
When I write, I generally use the registered trademark symbol if I'm including a brand name. Is that something CZ should do, or doesn't it matter? Aleta Curry 01:05, 8 August 2008 (CDT)
