Adriaan Bouwer was Dutch, so why do you give his painting a German name? Is it hanging somewhere in Germany? If I translate literally, the painting would be called Onaangename vaderplichten in Dutch.--Paul Wormer 11:12, 27 July 2008 (CDT)

Sorry to nitpick, but could you make it 'unpleasant fatherly duties' or 'father's unpleasant duties'?

My preference would be to caption with both the original Dutch and (English translation).

Registered trademarks?
