What is the purpose of this article?

- This is the writing of Alexis de Tocqueville. It is referenced here [1]. I'm not sure what the policy on storing the actual written works of someone is, but I don't think it needs to be set up as a stand alone article. --Todd Coles 10:23, 6 November 2007 (CST)
